if done so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Things To Remember

The '100% Taste Guarantee' policy is only valid on products which are purchased directly from www.petdrs.com.au

Product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and must be substantially unsused 
*sorry pooches, you've got about 3 times to try it before mum calls it quits*

100% Taste Guarantee Process

If you try and try and your pooch still won't budge, these are the steps you'll need to follow to initiate your return.

1. Email us at fetch@petdrs.com.au with your order number and the products you would like to return.

2. Wait for one of our team members to approve your return and
then post back your parcel to the provided address.

3. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund for the cost of your order,
minus any postage fees paid.

*Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for all return postage costs*

Pet Drs 100% Taste Guarantee is assessed individually, case by case.
Pet Drs reserves the right to decline the 100% Taste Guarantee to a customer.
